Please do NOT bid if you have no intention of following through with the purchase contract! 1980 MG MGB Limited Edition LE Convertible My purchase of this vehicle makes me the third owner. Purchased to restore but really don't have the time. Haven't done anything to it except drive it home and wash it. Because of this, I really don't know much about it, but, if you have any questions I will do my best to answer them. You can call me directly at 248-330-4876. Overall good condition. Runs, drives, and sounds really good. Tires are in good shape. Brand new battery, good brakes, manual overdrive transmission, weber downdraft carborator with manual choke converted by previous owner. Original MGB manual and a newer repair guide is included. Few spots in paint. Some rust on lower quarters with rust completely through behind both right & left doors. Trunk & floor pans are solid. Convertible top has 1 small rip on driver's side but otherwise in really nice condition. Visors & visor rods are missing. Trunk carpet missing. Windshield wipers are included but are off the vehicle because mechanism works but the rivits are loose. ALL WORN, DAMAGED, OR MISSING ITEMS CAN BE PURCHASED VERY REASONABY THROUGH THE MGB CATALOG!!! I have described this vehicle to the best of my ability. I may have missed something you feel is important, so PLEASE ASK!!!
