This is very rare Ferrari 308 GTSi. It's a 2 owner vehicle with ONLY 5,563 original miles. The second owner purchased it on 7.27.91 with 4,920 miles and the Ferrari remained in his car collection for over 21 years with only driving it a total of 643 miles. I sold the gentleman my $200,000.00 Shelby KR and took his Ferrari as a partial trade because he didn't have any available spaces left in his very large garage (must be nice). This Ferrari was the least expensive vehicle he owned, hence his choice to replace it. The Ferrari is completely original, including the tires, shocks, Alpine radio, books and tool kit. I believe the only thing not original to the Ferrari is the battery, engine oil and replacement 'Ferrari' oil filter. The vehicle has been stored in a climate controlled garage for decades next to some of the most expensive cars in American. If you are looking for an original and unmolested Ferrari, you have found it. You're more than welcome to come inspect, ask as many questions as you like, and or request additional pictures. The Ferrari runs and drives like new. It has hasn't even had it's 3rd or 4th oil change and no major services ever done because of such low miles. After a very lengthy inspection, it was noted the rear bonnet hood shocks are weak and you have to help the rear hatch stay open AND the driver's power window sometimes works and sometime doesn't, which is a common problem of Ferrari 308s. Most Ferraris have had an updated window motor replacement, but like I said this car been a collector car and not a driver. If you're going to start driving this Ferrari, I would suggest changing the fluids. Even though the tires are original, they have almost 100% tread and NO visual aging (no cracking). I have a copy of the title from 1991 and the current title of 2012. Car and titles have the correct VIN. Autocheck states cars with "limited production" and or "exotic cars" will not always register with AutoCheck. There isn't anything wrong the VIN and please do not pay for it if you think there is.
