This is a 1985 k10 4 x 4 silverado with a 6 inch lift. It was my sons's first truck that we have been working on for him. It has a 1982 new remanufactured big block 454 with less than 10,000 miles on it that was installed in 2011 and the truck set alot as we worked on it when we had time and money. Elderbrock performer series intake with a elderbrock polished 1406 (600 cfm) carb that runs great. It is just really broke in. It is time to adjust the rockers/lifters on it. has a turbo 350 transmission that was completly rebuilt at the end of august this year and has less than a 1000 miles on it. it also has a rebuilt 208 c transfer case that has less than a 1000 miles on it. it has a 12 bolt rearend that was rebuit in april of this year with new 342 ring and pinion, seals, bearings.. It has 35 x 12.50 x 15 inch tires. back two are 100 % tread and front two are about 70 % tread. has new lock out hub on drivers side and bearings. Interior has good seats but dash pad is cracked pretty good. has dual gas tanks but we have only used the driver side one and dont know if other tank or switch works. it has some aftermarket gauges as well as some of the stock gauges and I believe most of them work fine. I dont know the actual miles on the body. odometer says 86000 but I doubt that is right. Front axle is a corporate 10 bolt with 309 gears and will need to have 342 gears put in it to match the rearend . i pulled the front driveline so my son wouldnt tear anything up by using 4wd with two different size gears in the axles. he just hasnt had the money to get the front gears changed yet to match the back ones. has new brake line on the back but will probably need new brake cylinders as the ones on it are very weak. front breaks work fine. radiator has a small leak by the top hose neck but its a easy fix. I believe he put a new steering box on it in the last couple months as well. transmission will need a new passing gear cable Which i will buy if it sells for right price. IT has small rust spot behind each rear tire and around inside of doors. Hood has rust where previous owner tried to put hood scoops on but didnt do a very good job. electric windows work.Truck runs and drives fine. He drives it to school and to his work daily. Wont say it gets great gas mileage with that big engine but it does run good. The truck needs some cosmetic work and just a little mechanical work nothing major to be an even more awesome older truck for someone or you can turn it into a weekend mudder.. Everything that was rebuilt or installed I think I have the recieptss for most of the work. He just wants something else now and we have to sell this first. I can easily part this out and sell the drive train for more than what im selling it for but it just takes alot longer..
