ALSO DO NOT BID IF YOU PLAN ON CANCELING YOUR BID MINUTES LATER Well this car has been in the family for about 4-5 years now. My ass of a cousin decided he wanted a convertible in this hot florida sun instead of a coupe. So after months of searching we found him the Vert of his dreams. We basically traded in his coupe into the family dealership just to save him on taxes. Car is not located at the dealership it is stored away at the house. So florida residents please inquiry about tax, title and tag. Out of state residents none of this matters to you. Car was purchased from the second owner, who only had it for a short time and realized it was too much car for him and he couldn't afford it, so we swooped in. It is dressed in a very hard to find Phoenix Yellow with black leather interior. If you're looking at this listing then you are also one of the rare people who like the color, we couldn't agree more. The car shows beautifully. The 333hp 3.2 inline is BMWs last high revving naturally aspirated motor in there M line up. Sadly with emission today we will all have to deal with Turbos or open our wallets bigger for super cars. That being said this thing is an amazing drive. Mated with the SMGII transmission it can make any dope feel like he can rev match. Car has been cared for meticulously and is in the same condition we purchased it in. There is a gauge on the driver side of the front bumper (can be seen in pictures), as well as one in the passenger side of the rear bumper (can be seen in pictures). There is a small pin sized ding on each door, (can't be seen in pictures) but if I can get in touch with my PDR guy those will be removed with no issues. Interior is flawless i'd rate it at a 9/10 only issue is some wear around the cupholders. There is curb rash on all the wheels, but all the rims are straight and true. Lastly as majority of the other e46s I've owned the rear view mirror lost its mercury and should be replaced (can be seen in pictures), as well no idea what my cousin did to the downshift lever on the steering wheel, but should also be replaced. (can be seen in pictures) **NOTE** This car needs TIRES. I will repeat this car needs tires. No if ands or buts about it. So if you plan on picking it up in person and driving it out of state, lets workout something to get tires installed before hand.
