1997 Dodge Viper GTS, Drives and looks Like New! VERY, VERY NICE CLEAN CAR. This is my baby and I thought I would never sell it, however I bought a home down a dirt road and this car has never seen rain, let alone a dirt road. So, for now I have it at a friends home until I sell it. My loss is your gain, I hate to see it go. This 1997 GTS Viper was sold new in late 1997 and I have owned it since 1999. I purchased it as a lease through my company for tax reasons, then bought it at the end of the lease, but his is only a two owner car. When I bought the car it had 8,900 miles on it. I own a real estate company and I have used the car to drive around Scottsdale AZ and to visit clients from San Diego to San Fransisco. This is why the car has 64,000 miles on it. I drove the car, but it has never been raced on a track. This car will give you no problems! This car has been featured at the Famous Barrett Jackson Car auction and was voted by popular support one of the the top two Vipers of the 50 Vipers on display. This car has be extremely well taken care of, I waxed it each day it saw the road, all the paint you see is original except front nose; it has been repaired from my early days' learning how low to the ground these things are, LOL. But no crashes at all! Clean title. The HRE three piece 18" wheels are very strong and light weight. I have a brand new HRE wheel to replace the front wheel with some curb rash. A brand new set of Michelin Pilot Sports with zero miles and warranties in your name! The front fog lights have been replaced, new photos to follow. This Dodge showing absolutely no problems or concerns. This Viper boasts the 8.0L Aluminum V10 Viper engine cooled by a Ron Davis Radiator backed by a race proven 6-Speed manual transmission. 3:73 gears. At 40,000 miles I installed a new aluminum flywheel & Center Force clutch. Smoothy tubes, headers and 3" Borla Exhaust make the car breath.
