My 2005 Chrysler Sebring had the timing chain break and destroy the engine. Had many new parts and work done recently, including the timing chain replaced 18 months ago. Unfortunately the chain is no longer under warranty. The car is in great shape cosmetically. The trunk has a few service scratches, but otherwise the car looks good. The top is in great shape with no tears or cracks. The seats are leather (with cloth inserts so it doesn't get too hot with the top down). There are no cracks on the interior. Seats, dash, doors are all intact with no cracks or rips. Everything looks really nice. Power drivers seat, powers locks/windows. Power convertible top. The battery has drained since the car has been sitting. The engine is partly disassembled. After the problem was diagnosed, the mechanic didn't bother putting the parts he removed back together since the engine was shot. All the parts are there. There are some blemishes on the car. First, when I removed the Sirius antenna from the trunk, it left some writing behind. It looks like the writing transferred from the bottom of the antenna, Hopefully this can be buffed out. There is a scratch on the right rear quarter panel. It is not down to the metal, but needs to be mentioned. Last, there is a crease in the metal at the bottom corner of the right from quarter panel. Paint has chipped off and it has rusted. This mark is about the size of a quarter. If you have an engine, or needs parts, this would be a great car for you.
