This beautiful 1972 Plymouth GTX Road Runner is being offered by the original owner. Purchased in February of 1972, it has the following options as defined on the fender tag (See photos for a picture of the fender tag): A833 - 9.75” Axle, B2 X 9 -Full Vinyl Bench Seat, C12 - Shoulder Belts, D21 – Four Speed Transmission, E86 – 440 V4 Engine, HT8 – Chestnut Metallic Paint, M21 - Drip Rails, N23 – Electronic Ignition, N41 - Dual Exhaust with Tips, N76 - Coolant Recovery System, N96 - Air Grabber System, TX9 – G60 x15 Tires. The Air Grabber System is fully functional, Factory radio delete option, and the pistol grip shifter. The limited slip rear axle ratio is 3.23 to 1. The chrome is brilliant and the vehicle is complete, down to the Road Runner decal. The vehicle has only 37424 miles on it and weighs 3853 pounds. The original interior is in near perfect condition. It has had one repaint of the original color, several years ago. It has never been in an accident. The car is now equipped with dual quads and the factory single quad manifold and several other parts are included. (See Photos). This vehicle is one of only 672 GTX Road Runners produced in 1972 and one of only 219 equipped with the four speed transmission. It is a true time capsule.
