This 2005 Chrysler Crossfire Limited Convertible is a true one owner car from Arizona. Showing just over 81,000 miles with NO accident history and an Autocheck score of 91. The Crossfire was a result of DaimlerChrysler producing a two-seater sports car to rival the Mercedes-Benz SLK series and other German high-performance roadsters. In fact, the Crossfire possesses many Daimler-Benz (Mercedes) components, including an SLK frame. It is also true that about 60% of the car is Chrysler and 40% is Mercedes including the frame, drivetrain and most electronics. This sports car was introduced in 2003 for the 2004 model year and ended production in 2007, with the Limited and Roadster versions debuting in 2005. Upgrades to the Limited included 2-tone leather seating and fog lights to name a couple. Sporting a stout V6 that is very quick from the start it also delivers between 19-27 MPG in mixed city and highway driving. This particular car comes the rare Classic Yellow with contrasting Vanilla and Charcoal leather interior. While the body shows just a couple of chips that were touched up we can clearly tell the front bumper was repainted to fix chips in the paint from normal road driving. This is something most people would not ever notice but we like to be as honest as possible so the buyer has no suprises once they make the purchase. Given this original owners address here in Arizona it is likely that they traveled some gravel roads to and from their home causing the minor chips (5-6) which have been repaired. The rest of the body is in beautiful condition and the paint shines as new with no other damage or dents. The wheels have some very minor curb rash on all four but unless your looking for it you cannot notice it as you can see in the pictures. The tires are fine but should be replaced if your going to be using it as a daily commuter car. The common issue with these cars is the glass rear window falls out because the factory glue drys out from the sun. This rear window has been resealed and while personally driving the car for a week in 110 degree weather and leaving the car parked outside during the day the window never moved. The engine, transmission, brakes all work perfectly and the engine shown in the picture is from new, dirty yes, but considering the miles it is very clean. If the buyer wants the motor professionally steam cleaned we will do so at our cost. We just don't like to do anything that will hide the way the car was when we purchased it so we left it. The interior like the rest of the car is almost perfect. The dash, all gauges, switches and buttons work as they should. The car has power seats, heated seats, cruise control, power windows, central door locks, power assist top and comes with a AM/FM/CD/MP3 changer with factory Navigation system. Remember though this is a 2005 so if there was alot of new construction in your area between then and now it might not show all the new streets. The stereo in this car works great but you can see in the pictures the only interior damage at all is the drivers side speaker cover. The speaker works perfectly but the cover is cracked. When the door is closed you dont see it at all. The convertible top works perfectly and folds into the rear area behind the seats as shown. The trunk while not huge is more than adequate to hold a Saturday shopping trip worth of goodies with the top up. With the top down the trunk space is fairly limited. This is a great open road cruiser. It is fun, sporty, quick and a pleasure to drive. It is the perfect car for a summer/winter snowbird car or a cool sportscar to cruise around town in. This car does come with all the paperwork you see in the pictures plus the original owners manual, quick start guide, warranty info, navigation info, CDs and even the original $42,000 window sticker.
