Vehicle Detail
1971 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme convertible. 350 cubic inch engine with some chrome. . Dual exhaust. New Holly 4 bbl carburetor; Automatic; power steering; power brakes. Chrome Weld wheels with new tires. The body is solid and the paint is good, but there are some scratches. No rust. Runs well and is fairly loud. Old school bench seat; shift on the column. This car is a mid 1990’s restoration that needs the finishing touches. Stored from 1996 to 2007. I bought it 5 years ago with the intention of finishing the restoration but have not had the time. I have driven it about 150 miles around town and in 4th of July parades. Some things that need to be fixed/installed: shift indicator; wipers, seatbelts; mirrors, heater/defroster; passenger side front seat does not fold forward. Missing parts: convertible top motor; driver’s door lock, trunk lock, “Cutlass” on right front fender, “Cutlass” on left front fender, antenna, emergency brake pedal; “Cutlass” on trunk, spare tire, jack, windshield washer, horn, passenger door window crank, rear window cranks. Would make a great cruising car or could be an Olds 442 clone/tribute.
