****3 DAYS NO RESERVE**** Normal 0 false false false MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 Here’s my tastefully lowered 1963 VW Ragtop Deluxe Bug, This little car is a “PRESERVED PATINA KING” Wearing It’s Original RARE L41 black paint with nice correct True Red interior. It only has 82k original miles as documented on the California title! This is a true California Survivor! I would say this 1963 VW Ragtop Deluxe Bug was driven & enjoyed on a regular basis & left in the sun where Mother Nature went to work for many decades. The end result is the most AWESOME PATINA. I acquired the car from the second owners. The bug has a NICE STANCE, it has a 4”narrowed beam, with 3” rear drop plates, it rides GREAT, it has new front tires, and still has the original black California plate since new! This is a "AWESOME CAR" This 1963 Ragtop Deluxe Bug runs & drives good, I was told it has the original 1200cc 40 horse and nice shifting factory transmission, it’s still 6 volt. If you have been searching for a rare early ragtop bug, look no further. Look around and you will quickly see there are only a handful of bugs with the rare L41 Black exterior and its correct True Red interior. Sure there are others out there that are all restored but this one is original and as they say “IT’S ONLY ORIGINAL ONCE. This is what gives it the character and patina it sports today! This 1963 Ragtop Deluxe Bug has all its original sheetmetal. The car came originally with red interior which really sets the car apart from others. The seats and headliner were recently restored and look great. Of course it has a few small dings & minor cancer which can be easily removed if desired after-all its close to 50 years old. This is what gives it the character is sports today. It was really cared for and preserved over the years. All the floors are original and solid, the battery tray was repaired at some point and now solid. The car runs & drives good, it wont win any races but will cruz down the roads in style. Aged original paint & patina is the only way to go. This example has never been hit or abused. If you drive the car like this, you will own a lot of respect."Patina" cars aren't just old, they earn the respect that only Mother Nature can create. Someone will be the new lucky owner.
