It is as reliable as they come and the engine comes with a timing chain that never has to be replaced, in other words you can't go wrong. For your convenience and peace of mind we had this RSX serviced and inspected by our award winning Toyota Service Department. The RSX passed our inspection with ease and it is ready to tear the roads again, are you? During the inspection the technician made notes about the measurements of the tires and brakes this is what they are: tire tread depth in the front tires is at 8/32" and 7/32" for the rears. Brake linings measured at 8mm for the fronts and 7mm for the rears. What this means to you is that you won't have to spend on these common replacement items for thousands of miles. Cosmetically this car is very decent but not perfect. Make no mistake this is no garage princess, it's a driver and that is what it was used for. The portion of the front bumper was cracked and is missing one of the two sections that connects the top of the bumper to the bottom (this doesn't affect the way the car drives or the safety). There are two minor spots where rust is starting to show that is displayed in our pictures. There are some scratches and dents around the car. Please look carefully at the pictures as I tried to show as many of the imperfections as possible. Extra pictures are available upon request. This car does't need much to restore it back to perfect or it could be driven as it is, either way it is a great car. For your convenience and peace of mind we had this RSX serviced and inspected by our award winning Toyota Service Department. The RSX passed our inspection with ease and it is ready to tear the roads again, are you? During the inspection the technician made notes about the measurements of the tires and brakes this is what they are: tire tread depth in the front tires is at 8/32" and 7/32" for the rears. Brake linings measured at 8mm for the fronts and 7mm for the rears. What this means to you is that you won't have to spend on these common replacement items for thousands of miles.
Cosmetically this car is very decent but not perfect. Make no mistake this is no garage princess, it's a driver and that is what it was used for. The portion of the front bumper was cracked and is missing one of the two sections that connects the top of the bumper to the bottom (this doesn't affect the way the car drives or the safety). There are two minor spots where rust is starting to show that is displayed in our pictures. There are some scratches and dents around the car. Please look carefully at the pictures as I tried to show as many of the imperfections as possible. Extra pictures are available upon request. This car does't need much to restore it back to perfect or it could be driven as it is, either way it is a great car.
