Up for auction is a pristine, beautiful, well maintained low mileage Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz Coupe. The vehicle has only 61,233 original nicely driven miles. It starts, runs and drives like a dream. Take a look at all the pictures. Contact me for a test drive. This vehicle can be picked up at my home in Missouri and driven to either California or New York with no problems. The Michelin white wall tires are in excellent condition and have many miles of use left. There is a new battery, new re-manufactured starter, and new hood struts just recently installed. The vehicle does have an aftermarket Sony CD player. I do not have the original. Here is the bad; the headliner is sagging a bit, the right sunvisor droops a bit (needs a spring I am told), the red leather wrapped steering wheel has some scuff marks on it from normal use. That's it for the bad. This vehicle is superb! Now for the real good news. Earlier model Eldorado's prior to 1985 were noted for a coolant issue. BUT... In 1985, there was a change in the casting of the blocks for these engines--reinforcements were added. Eldorado's with serial numbers after FE623772 had this new block and are sought after by knowing buyers. That is this car! Its serial number is FE629589 it has the engine block upgrade. It has lots of problem free life left in it and is sought after by collectors. It also comes with the original Cadillac Gold keys. See the picture in the glove compartment for the keys. There were only 74k of these vehicles produced. The stainless steel top and chrome trim make the Biarritz the crown jewel of Cadillac's of its time. Hemmings Motor News prices these vehicles at $5,500 on the low end to $15,500 on the high end.
