Up for sale is a 2003 Honda Valkyrie with only 2016 original miles. This is the last year of this bike. This was the bike of a great long time friend of mine Norm (Stormy). Stormy had a couple Harleys as well and he only took this out on rare occasions. I probably put half the miles on the bike myself. Stormy died of cancer about 1.5 yrs back and we have had this bike around a shop I own in Western New York (it is with me now just ouside of Albany, NY). I am selling this for his daughter who lives in Maryland. This bike has not been registered since 2008. I really wanted this bike myself, it is in many ways much nicer than my street glide. In particular the quality of materials that it is made of. The wife, nicely pointed out I have several bikes and all kinds of unfinished projects, so it isn't the best idea. I would put his up against any stock Valkyrie as the best that currently exists. It looks like you could put a sticker on it and put it in the showroom. These bikes were ahead of their time and now people look at it and think it must be a custom. The addons as I know them are the spot lamps, leather bags, wind screen, and Stormy's famous Bud Lite oil filter cover. The hard shell bags are included. One hard shell has some scratches on top. The bike is perfect. The only thing needed is a couple tanks of gas blown through it. This is a private sale, i would, however, pefer to run this through the shops dealer books for the buyers sake. It takes out the step of going to your local DMV with papers for power of attorney, death certificates, etc. $500 deposit within 48 hours, balance within one week of auction, cash or certified check.
