Relisted due to previous high bidder(s) has denied even bidding on the truck. Now this is the third time listing this truck for NON-PAYING BIDDERS! WTF!I don't understand but seems this is a normal thing with bidders not completing the transaction. Seems as though eBay would give somekind of penalty for not honoring your commitment. I can forward emails from previous high bidders confirming that they deny bidding on the truck. Either eBay has major security issues or previous bidders refuse to own up to their bids. Anyhow here we go again. This listing will be a little better since I have fresh pictures and more. Seemed like it went to low last time but I will honor winning bid making it again NO RESERVE.Here's the ONE you have been looking to find.Super LOW original odometer reading 070008. Don't kick yourself for missing out on this one. I have seen restored much higher mileage examples sell for $15,000 +/-. NADA Classic Vehicle Value $10219 without considering mileage. Won't accept mileage on classic vehicles. But with this mileage you have to consider an additional value increase. 1986 Chevrolet K10 Silverado w/ 70K original miles. Standard Cab Short Bed w/ dual gas tanks. Transmission serviced @ 60,253 miles for preventive maintenance. Replaced all additional fluids including front and rear ends and transfer case also for preventive maintence. New valve guide seals replaced @ 55,552 miles which is what it had when I purchased the truck. Has 3" Rancho Lift and shocks and a ton of other NEW parts. Only issues I ever had. Ignition Module in stock distributor went bad so replaced with the Accel. Had a/c leak when purchased so I replaced the whole system. Rubber heater core hose got a crack easy fix. Very hard and rare to find with this mileage and condition. I am third owner. Original purchase was Zephyrhills, Fl used around the farm. Never seen mud or abuse. Currently truck is sitting on 22"x12" KMC Limited Hot Wheels Edition Rims with Kumho Road Venture A/T 325-50-22 tires. Looks great! Interior is great with nice no tears seat and door panels. Even bed of truck has very minimal scratches or damage. Now for the minor cons. Headliner was sagging so I removed the fabric. Headliner still there just no fabric. Dash as always has three cracks but already have a new dash cover from LMC needs painting. I could not decide to paint black or red. Still has two knob radio. So no one has hacked up the dash to fit a din style radio. If you know this truck you understand. I have seen some hack jobs.Truck is exceptional condition especially being 26 years old. With 70K miles that only averages 2,692 miles per year. Now that is seriously low mileage.Truck can be viewed by appointment. The first time it was listed the high bidder denied ever placing a bid on the truck. I emailed him asking for his plans to make payment and pick up the truck and never got no further than a couple emails. The second listing was similar but this time the high bidder admitted to bidding to around $3200 but not what it ended at. Just as the first listing I never got any further than an email. I am going to copy and paste the emails from both listings confirming this being the reason it is re-listed for a third time. As stated in the description the truck is able to be inspected anytime prior to listing ending and is highly encouraged to avoid any confusion. Even though I also am the one who's time is being wasted these NON-PAYING BIDDERS make it seem as though there is something wrong with the vehicle. If you want a specific picture of the truck I will do my best to accomodate that request. I am not a dealer trying to push off a vehicle with problems. These trucks are highly reliable and even though I cannot offer any warranty any interested parties I am sure are aware that there is not much to go wrong and these are known to be very tuff trucks. This will be the last time listing on eBay for I dont want to be charged seller fees for an item that has not been paid for. It takes over a week to get seller fee credit and I am up to $330 in fees right now. Please if you do not plan on honoring your bid PLEASE do not bid. This truck is worth well over the last two ending values and I am sure any potential buyer would be pleased to own this looker of a truck. Went back to NADA to find out what they consider average mileage and even though I do not agree this is what I found out. According to them an average is 10,625 miles per year. Seems really low but this is all the provable proof I can come up with. At that this truck should have 276,250 on the odometer just to be average. I then researched more to find the formula for the value per mile either increase or decrease in value and found that they give a $0.03 per mile value. Again I used that formula since this truck being extremely low mileage has a 205,250 difference multiplied by the $0.03 per mile adjustment giving this a $6157.50 premium. WOW that is crazy! Again I do not neccessarly agree with that but this is what is used by NADA. Since this is a Classic it does not allow you to enter mileage when researching they make you figure this out by using another vehicle as an example. Instead of making someone read how I was able to get this formula just email I can explain exactly how you can do the same research and confirm even though this sounds crazy it is in fact true. According to NADA values and adding in the mileage premium the adjusted values should be LOW $9137 AVERAGE $13092 HIGH $16812 . Again this does not change anything but is just some additional knowledge and to express the great value to any potential buyers. I encourage any potential buyers to research and try and find another example with this kind of mileage anywhere close to what this has ended at twice before. If the next high bidder does not honor the obligation of the listing it will not be listed again for with this new information and a little more research on my end via listings on Autotrader.com with examples listed for up to $20,000 I will plan on keeping this truck another year or so and when this economy finally starts to bounce back will sell this truck for at least double the last ending prices easy. Anyhow if you have read all this I want to thank you for your shared interest in these trucks and hope even though I feel like I am rambling on now it was some good and helpful information.
