Vehicle Detail

1995 Mustang GT (GTS) Up for sale is my 1995 Mustang GT 5.0. The car is currently partially disassembled in preparation for a full paint color change. Although the pictures make it appear as though the car is stripped, the only items removed were some of the body panels and the interior and windshield. I clipped a deer on interstate I-90 and damaged the hood, front bumper corner, drivers side headlight, fender, door and rear quarter panel. The car was already showing some peeling and small surface rust spots so I took this as an opportunity to change the color of the car completely. I bought a good used hood, fender and door and a new header panel, front bumper cover and core. All of the parts to put the car back together are included except for the windshield and drivers side headlight and corner light. The windshield was not damaged by the deer but had a good size stone chip so it was removed. Although it looks like a lot of work, it took one Saturday to remove the panels and interior. The car is otherwise mechanically sound. The only thing I intended to do mechanically was replace the clutch (throwout bearing would sometimes squeak) and the exhaust H pipe. Also included are sub-frame connectors that were removed when I pulled out the seats. There is no battery in the car but I can put one in if anyone would like to hear it run. The car has been sitting in this state in my garage for a couple years now and I don't see myself getting to it anytime soon. Rather than taking up space in the garage with everything else, I'm hoping that someone else will have the time for it. I have a clear title in hand. Any questions please feel free to ask. I highly recommend coming and seeing the car in person before bidding. The car will have to be trailered or put on a tow dolly. I brought it to my new house using a tow dolly and it pulled just fine, like a small trailer or boat. After answering some questions I realized that my idea of a medium sized project is not the same as everyone elses. I have lowered the starting price but added a reserve. The reserve is also lower than the starting price was. Thanks for looking!
