Great car, a real joy to drive. Everyone loves to stop and look and talk about this thing. I've owned it for about two years and it's been a real pleasure. It is a wide body clone, lowered. Six inch wheels in front seven in back, just barely fit in the wheel wells. The man I bought it from, ruptured an oil return tube and ran it out of oil. I have a long time Porsche rebuilder right down the road and had him redo the motor. It is the original motor, he put in a new crank, big valves and pistons, and an aggressive cam (it does have the new style timing chain tensioners). With the Weber carbs. and K + N air filters it runs really good. Exhaust is quiet but intake noise sounds awesome. Lots of torque at low RPM's and turns right up to 6000 smoothly. Transmission and clutch feel good, brakes and tires have about 3000 miles. Emergency brake has new cables but needs brake shoes. Gauges all work, clock works, tach every once in a while will hesitate, heater is good, all interior lights work. No a/c. Does have just the tiniest oil drip - cant tell from where, no smoking. Oil Pressure is good - Porsche specs read 10psi for every 1000 rpm, the dash gauge reads a little low but a mechanical gauge he put on the motor shows real good pressure. Inside is real nice - has cloth Recaro Seats which are in great shape and very comfortable. Dashboard is good with no signs of wear or cracking. Carpet is good. Back seats are good with retractable seat belts. It has an Alpine stereo with iphone/ipod connector/charger with ten speakers, two of them being subwoofers - sounds real good even with the top off. The targa top is a real nice canvas/fabric with a good headliner. Undercarriage is super clean, wheels are in good shape. Paint is nice - it does have some scratches and chips here and there but overall very nice. Both front and rear bumpers have chips and scratches - some touch up there would go a long way. Overall, this car gets a lot of attention, it's not show car but shows out nice. Being conservative, 1-10, 10 being a show car, it's probably 7-7.5 on the exterior and 8-8.5 on the interior.
