I wanted to list this car in eBay classifieds but they wanted to link their site to my email. I did not know what this meant so I tried listing this vehicle under parts cars but eBay would not let me because it did not have a salvage title. I tried listing it under engines but I was accused of trying to circumvent eBay fees. This sale is about as easy as it gets, if you want the car hand me the cash and I will sign over the title. If you cannot hand me the cash the day that you would like to "buy it now"... do not click "buy it now". If you would like to see the car before clicking "buy it now" (which I recommend) I will show you the car and I will indicate through this auction that the payment was made if you choose to buy the car. Lets not complicate things. If you fail to contact me immediately after choosing the "buy it now" option I can only assume that you are not buying it now. I will report any "buyer" (I guess eBay will not let us call them what they are anymore) as "non-paying" bidder. Unfortunately I am listing this car on the regular auction site because of eBay policies. The only thing on this car that I am willing to stand behind is that this car has a good engine core and transmission. I consider the rest of the car junk. I feel that my price is fair for this car. I am only asking less than what I feel the engine core and transmission are worth. If there are any other items that may be of use to the buyer, consider that a bonus. I have been getting several inquiries and I have been asked if this car blows black smoke. The answer is that under heavy acceleration I can see smoke out the back but I do not see anything that looks out of the ordinary for a diesel. The second biggest question I get is how far will the car drive. Well, I drive the car almost every day and I just took it on a 7 hour trip about 5 or 6 days ago. I can only say what the car has done in the past, I cannot predict the future. If you took the car to a mechanic, I would guess that they would advise against driving this car any distance. I am not trying to be evasive, I do not want anyone to be misled into thinking that this car is only a few small repairs away from being a solid driver. So hopefully this explains the deal...Buy the engine core and the transmission and get the rest of the car as seen in the photos with a clear title. I will be willing to drive this car onto a trailer to help load it. The odometer was broken when I bought the car a couple years ago but eBay software makes me put in a # to continue so I just put in a string of 9's.
