Up for sale is a 1983 Mercedes 240D. Automatic Transmission shifts as smooth as the day it was driven out the dealer, A/C blows cool air in the summer, toasty air in the winter, Diesel Engine runs like new. Youll rarely find a car of this model and make in such good condition. Odometer reads 110k miles. Beautiful tan leather interior (smoke free), dazzling white exterior (Original Paint) No damage inside or out. Also note this is the California Model, with higher emissions standards. Runs great, gets about 30-35 miles per gallon, pretty damn fuel efficient. The dashboard has had a cover on it all its life so there are no cracks or rips in it. the leather interior has no rips. the carpeting is in good condition. absolutely no rust. i bought this car from a family that came from california. there is a minor leak due to the valve cover gasket, easily fixable (I would do it myself but my time is somewhat limited) vacuum lines have been recently replaced, oil changed, glow plugs replaced, all filters have been replaced. no other major work has been done to the car. i do not have any of the maintenance records. there is no rust or cracks anywhere on the car.
