Vehicle Detail

Clean 1974 Maverick Grabber two door fastback in mostly original unrestored condition. Starts (cold blooded), drives, stops and legal. VIN: 4K93L216075. Body: 62D. Color: 9D. Trans: W. Trim: HUA. Axel: 3. DSO: 74. No leaks! It has appx. 74,000 original miles on it. There are a few spots of rust on the driver side rear wheel well and a small bit on the passenger side front wheel well neither is bad enough to need a replacement panel however. Runs decent, has the 6 cylinder in it with an automatic. The grill is perfect. All the exterior lights work except the right side low beam. The wipers and windshield fluid both work. There is a big crack running down the center of the front windshield but was repaired at some point leaving an ugly line but making the glass serviceable. Side and rear glass all good. The gas gauge doesn't work but the gas intake was fixed so you can fill it up easily. None of the dash lights work. The speedometer stopped working properly about 100 miles ago. Heater works. No A/C. The vinyl roof was removed by the previous owner. All trim is still in place. Bumpers are in great shape. There are only 2 small dents in the entire body, one on the passenger door and the other just below the driver's door. No rust through. Floor pans are good. Interior suffered from sun damage. Bench seat was replaced by Mustang buckets by previous owner. Headliner removed to expose metal with surface rust (needs to be sprayed with converter before installing new headliner. Dash pad is cracked. Original carpet was removed by previous owner. Paint is faded. Decals are faded. Newer aluminum slotted wheels with fresh tires (big and smalls). Price includes some used interior parts to change the interior over to black, like the back seats, full carpet, front kick panels and back side panels. All in all it's a great driver and you don't see too many of them cruising around in original shape this nice. Easy restoration of a cool classic at a reasonable price while you drive around.
