Vehicle Detail

help4america Store This is a nice rare muscle car that runs great and has the 360 V8 engine that is fast. Fun to drive. These cars are hard to find with this nice of a body and rarely do they run and not running they still bring stupid money on EBay. Restored totally they are bringing HUGE amounts so this car has a lot of potential to make someone a lot of money. This qualifies as a collector's car so will be cheap to plate. Odometer shows only 38k but the title shows zero so the miles are unknown. The interior is nice but there is a tear in the driver's seat. It is not leather. We have driven this car only for a short distance and are not car dealers so you must bid accordingly. We do believe that it will run great as the donor was driving it daily to work and back but must sell it as is because we are not professional car people. If we were, we would probably ask a lot more for this car. As you know, the Dodge Charger is one of the most desired of the old muscle cars. Come see this beast. You can do so much with it and have fun driving it. We are restricting who can drive it to real buyers, not someone who just wants to take it for a spin. This car was donated to our charity, Worlds Helping Hands, and we are using it to raise money for our charity. Any amount given will be considered a donation and you will get a tax write-off. The car will be a gift. We are offering this as a NO RESERVE sale so someone will own it at the end of the time period, unless someone locally buys it first as we are offering it there also. If you have any questions, please ask or call us at 303-918-0800. Serious buyers only please. On Aug-28-12 at 19:33:31 PDT, seller added the following information: IMPORTANT NEW INFORMATION: We just found the key to the trunk and glovebox and there were a lot of receipts and old emissions tests dating back to 1999 and the mileage looks real. However, at some point the title had zeroed out the mileage and therefore we have to assume it is true miles unknown. If you are the high bidder, you can have all the paperwork showing the miles going up steadily from 1999. In addition, there is a receipt from July 2010 showing that the owner spent $2,662 on this car. He had the transmission rebuilt, the valve cover gaskets replaced, the front shocks replaced, new spark plugs and wires, new rotor, new radiator and cap, new turn signal switch, new oil and oil filter (there are receipts showing that the oil has been replaced regularly also), new rear main seal, new oil pan gasket, and new main and oil pan. This is a really nice car that someone has taken care of and has done a lot of restoration work to. Someone is going to get a great deal. We also found the original owner's manual. I took more pictures to show how clean and straight the body is and how clean and rust free the trunk and body are. I will post those pictures tomorrow. On Aug-30-12 at 08:14:04 PDT, seller added the following information: Ok, I uploaded some more pictures including the back seat which is nice (a little dirty...in fact the engine and interior and exterior all need cleaning as we do not touch these vehicles that are donated), the trunk with the mat pulled back which is nice with no rust that I could see, the undercarriage showing the gas tank and catalytic and exhaust pipes which all look clean with no rust but I am not a body guy, and more. I have noticed a few more things that are negatives...there is no door lock on the passenger side door, the rear view mirror is knocked off the windshield but should be easy fix, there are two scrapes on the driver's side down low, there is a tiny surface rust spot behind the front passenger side tire on the splash area but it is small and just surface, and the tear in the driver's seat is a bit bigger than I might have led you to believe...probably 6 inches by 6 inches..about the size of your hand stretched out. I am a very conservative person, not a car guy, or a body guy, so I am trying my best to show you and tell you anything I notice. Since this is an "AS IS" transaction, I want you to know as much as possible about this car that you are investing in ( and I do think this will be a great investment). I would want the same from someone and I am very consiencious about anything I do involving others. Please feel free to call me or email me as I would love to help with anything you need. I do believe that this is one of the nicest older cars that I have seen ever but again I am not a car guy or a body guy. I thank you for looking and for trying to help our charity.
