The BIG question is, how many still exist today? And how many are as original and as stunning as this beauty? This 1968 Volkswagen Tintop Westfalia is one of the few I have seen this NICE and unrestored. It is still wearing its pastel white paint with its nice interior. I purchased this Westfalia from the second owners, who owned it for many years and garaged it its entire life. It has always been treated like a member of the family. The exterior and interior look amazing for being 44-years-old. I just had the front seats restored to factory specifications using the correct material. It has a beautiful original Westfalia roof rack that also goes with the bus and will not be sold separately. Of course it has minor indentations and flaws, after all its over 40 years old. The good news is this Westfalia is ROCK SOLID, untouched, and dry as a nut. It has a 1600cc engine and it runs, drives and shifts well; however, it will need some wakeup work, i.e. servicing as it’s been sleeping in the garage for the past 5 years. The sunroof will also need servicing and cables as well to function properly. You will be HARD-PRESSED to find another like this one. It's hard to believe its beautiful condition after 44 years.
