Vehicle Detail

1996 Pontiac Firebird Formula Trans- Am, which I converted to the 2002 Firehawk body style, including the Ram-Air hood with 4 vents which are all fully functional, the vented fully functional fender vents, front and rear bumpers, and rear spoiler. It was just smogged and registered (has July 2013 tags), and I am the second owner. The interior is in excellent condition, except some small tears on the front driver seat. It likely has the loudest exhaust you've ever heard on a Firebird! It has Flowmaster exhaust, but I'm currently running exhaust straight off the manifold to achieve that muscle car roar! I have the original exhaust and will reinstall it in minutes if so desired. The heater core is bad, and the AC compressor needs to be replaced, about $500 in parts that I'm just not willing to pay right now. I usually ride with the T-tops off anyway, so it's not really an issue for me. The rear hatch window has the limo tint, and the driver side door needs a new door motor and to be put back on track. The seats are dark grey leather, and I switched out the center console for the 2002 model with the extra 3 cup holders and extra lighter outlet. The motor is a new GM factory LT-1 V8 with about 20,000 miles on it, with the Borg and Warner T-56 6- speed transmission . I installed a Hurst quick throw short shifter and a Luk racing clutch which has about 6,000 miles on it. I replaced the transmission with a more powerful gear ratio, and it has about 80,000 miles on it. The car itself has about 134,000 miles on it. I have over $50,000 in receipts for the nearly $30,000 purchase price, maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. I have all the original equipment as well. The stereo system is stock Bose, and I installed a radio with the 7 inch screen, navigation, aux port, and for DVD. There are two twelve inch sub woofers in the trunk with a 300 watt amp, sounds great! I also installed the Le-Mans style headlight conversion kit with the Xenon lights. The engine is mostly stock, with an MSD tuneabout few months ago, including spark plugs, 8.5mm MSD Super Conductor wires and the adjustable MSD cap and rotor setup. I had a high performance/ output oil pump installed, Holley cold air induction, Optima red top battery, and all new Dex Cool antifreeze. I have the pink slip, clean title, and am looking to buy a new Vette! I have enjoyed this car for over 10 years, it's great fun! Please, serious inquiries only, I'm not looking to trade anything, cash only and we will meet at Bank of America for the actual purchase. Feel free to call or text with any questions 707 430 2113. Thanks for your time.
