Vehicle Detail
This truck is not new! It has been used on my farm since 2004. It is driven almost everyday. It hauls wood and feed/hay. It pulls tractors, or livestock with no trouble. It is not as fast as my newer trucks, but it will still get you there. It would be great to use around a farm or for trips to the feed store. It cranks and runs good. It has a diesel leak from the filter housing on top of the intake. So if it sits for two or three weeks you'll have to turn the starter a while to pump fuel back up to the engine. It has less than 500 miles on front breaks. I replaced the water pump back in April. The ac is not blowing cold air. It was blowing cold air last summer, but when it got warm enough to use it this year it was not working. It may just need to be charged. As I said before this truck runs good, and it drives good too. But it is not new! It has battle scars. I have hauled fire wood, rocks, tractor parts, goats, lawn mowers, chickens, sheep, cattle, dogs, and probably some other things I've forgot to mention. I would not say that it has been abused, but It has definately been used. Tires on the rear should be replaced. Tires on the front have about 10K miles on them.On Jun-30-12 at 16:10:57 PDT, seller added the following information:I noticed a new rattle a couple of days ago. So I took the wheels off this morning and checked the brakes, because I just put brakes on it a few weeks ago. The breaks are new, so very tight, and there is a thick spot in the rotor on the passenger side. When you spin the wheels and get to that spot on the rotor it causes the caliper to rattle. But everything looked fine with the brakes. I did see that the universal joints on the axles out of the front diff. need to be replaced. I will not be replacing them before it sells. So if this is a problem for you, and you have already bid, I understand. I do apoligize for not discovering this soon enough to enter it with the original description.
