This auction is for a 1969 Firebird that needs complete restoration. It is an AC car that is complete. All pulleys, brackets, compressor, etc. are intact. It runs and drives, but needs the brakes as the pedal is very hard and stopping is a challenge. It needs a safety inspection. It cannot be driven home. The 350 - two barrel engine idles nice and does not smoke. It does not overheat. The radiator does not leak. It has headers and I was told the dual exhaust system is new. It appears to have the stock cam (mild lope) and is most likely the original engine. The transmission shifts into gear and the car moves, but the shift selector needs adjustment as the car will roll when in park. The interior is walnut grain with grab bar. The AC bezel has been cut. I have not inspected the dash closely. The gas tank is good and debris has not blocked the gas filter during the times it has been running. There is no hood, but the hood hinges are there. The trunk has not been opened. The floors need repair. The inner fenders are good. It has nice Rally II's. All tires are good. The rear are 15's and as you can tell are bigger than 15X7. The fronts are 14's. It has a nice stance (period correct rear in the air). The front and rear seats are black and can be used for daily driving. Again, this needs total restoration. It's all there.
