Beautiful 1978 Porsche 911 SC conversion to a the 1996 turbo look body style Porsche 911 993 Carerra with complete receipts from the conversion. In addition, engine is a rebuilt 3.0L EurosSpec version for added horsepower (est. 230-250) from "Rest of World" version (est. 180-185). Very fast and engine runs strong with a little over 21000 miles on rebuilt engine. Car was originally purchased in 2005 then was professionally stored indoors from October 2006 until April 2011. Since getting out of storage the battery, alternator, fuel relay switch, as well as both the ignition module and coil have all been replaced. No dry rot on tires or any other issues from storage. Car has only been driven approximatally 200-300 miles since April 2011 and I notice an intermittant "shimmy" at around 60-70mph that goes away at about 80mph so rims will need to be balanced. Transmission is 915 and was rebuilt as well with receipts. Paint is in good shape and would really benifit from a good wax and buff. No rust on car and never had any. Also, A/C was removed to add extra HP . Car has very nice and VERY LOUD high-end sound system complete with two competion level Kicker amplifiers; one which powers the four speakers and another amp. strictly for the two twelve inch competition level Kicker subwoffers which are in back seat. Subs and amp can be easility removed if a more traditional car is desired. - NOTICE TO BIDDERS: This is a relist due to previous auction winner was running a scam and ebay caught him and cancelled the deal.
