This custom '49 Mercury was purchased at the Barret Jackson auction (lot #644), Scottsdale, AZ - January 2012. Mild custom with rebuilt Flathead featuring triple Stromberg carburetors and a 3-speed column shift overdrive transmission. Restored and customized from a private collection. Mileage unknown. Details: Called "The Dreamsicle" due to its unique orange and cream custom color with matching custom interior. Mechanically all rebuilt and features an overdrive 3-speed on the column transmission and triple Stromberg carburetors (three deuces). Interior is orange and cream with flames and bucket seats. This car was part of a 50's collection. Previous owner has been restoring one or two cars for 30 years, most of the work is done by professionals.
