No Reserve Auction... Car has been under tarp and not moved since the early 80's. The brakes are stuck and needs to be hauled out. Trying to find out if numbers match...help? Im a this car dummy...selling for a friend. I really liked it after pulling the tarp. I have had this on price-o-meter over the last year here on ebay. This car scores alot higher than some of the rustbuckets ive seen sell for $3-4 k . Thats why Im at $6500.00. owner has 10k invested. we all know that story. will be updating descriptions and trying to get more photos banked. Trades: we like old BMW motorcycles. On Aug-11-12 at 09:08:49 PDT, seller added the following information: I did go back and pull the tarp on this car. Walking around the outside there is visible bondo failures that are present. one foot size kick dent to passenger side. not seen to well in photos. All the chrome is in shape. The back bumper is the worst of the chrome, as seen in photos.I think the broken windshield would be the hardest repair, along with convertible top, The inside could be pretty much complete, original and in good shape,,, one driver door panel tear 2",. I dont think its original paint.? door jams , and floorboards look good. Has 4 hubcaps. Under the hood I saw Thunderbird valve covers. Hasnt been started ? It drove itself to where it sits? engine as seen in photo. I didnt try to start . No charge in battery to open trunk. Alittle nicer than "Just a core...
