We have here an extremely rare 1978 Ford F-250 Custom. Factory (Freeway Ford) installed Isuzu 6 cylinder non turbo diesel engine backed by a Clark 5 speed transmission. Truck has minimal rust and even what is there is mostly surface. You can drive this truck anywhere and haul anything at anytime. Always starts and is very reliable ( starter solenoid hangs occasionally but will never let you down. Even being a 3/4 ton full size truck you will still get 22-24mpg ( Chevy, Dodge cant even offer that today). Combine the great looks of the late 70's Ford trucks with the reliability/mileage of the Isuzu diesel and this is one cool/ rare truck.
