1975 Volkswagen Scirocco, first year of the car. This car is a rare find, I doubt there are any out there in such great condition. I have only owned her for a few short months, I lusted over the car for years but it is me or the car if you know what I mean. I had it all checked out and she got a clean bill of health, no rust except for one small surface spot on the hood. A few scratchs and minor blemishes but I was told the car was all original except for the seats and carpet have been replaced. I was also told it has the original mileage of 42,000 miles and from the way she drives, shifts and handles I beleive it to be true. I drove it on the highway tonight at 70 miles per hour and she ran great and held the road. The mechanic said that the electrical harnass has some rust and will eventually have to be replaced but it is fine now. If you are into Sciroccos and love the design like I do, this car will not disappoint. The car is basic, roll down windows, 4 speed, no ac, no radio all part of its charm. The interior is great except for the hole where a radio should go, the dashboard is perfect, no cracks. The pictures say it all. Original owner's manual included. Serious bidders only please!
