1970 AMX This is another low production gem NO RESERVE. If you ever dreamed of finding a real 1970 AMX project or parts car that is less then $30K that you may actually be able to afford and do it your way. Many feel the 1970 AMX is the better car. Urban legend is that a doctor who liked to go fast special ordered this car back in 1969. If restored would be a big money car due to it's rare color and driveline options. This AMX is a factory 390/4 Spd. Car was a sharp looking Sonic Silver paint with Black Shadow Mask when new. Also it is one of a few cars to come w/Black Leather seats. Car is rough but does have solid troughs. Has the typical rust that you should expect. Someone attempted to replace the floors and did some lower quarter work. Good or bad it has been done. Steering column is out but it is there. Not sure what AMC engine is in the car. Could still be the 390 but don't count on it. As you can see it is on the ground and I won't go under it. It does have a motor and a 4spd but their condition is unknown. Car is mostly complete and no inventory has been taken on what is needed or not. If you do not see it do not assume it is here. Consider it as a parts car or boat anchor and nothing more. It has a signed (open NC title) Several issues I would like to address. This is a restoration project. Please know what that means before you place a bid. At the end of the sale do not try to use this or that to try and renegotiate a better deal. Lately this has happened and even as I have filed cases on individuals and ebay finding in my favor I still have recieved negative feedback because of ebays rules of a public forum where anyone can say anything. One case a person requested a refund on an item but failed to return the item. The next, I sold a pair of Jukeboxes. One had no keys. Both needed everything and the buyer repeatedly made requests to purchase only one (the more collectable w/keys) He offered less then I wanted but I agreed to sell. Guess what? Once he got them there were problems. He wanted to keep both anyway and didn't want to send them back. He did want an undisclosed amount refunded to be happy and change the feedback. As you can see though that threats do not bother me. So if you wish to purchase from me great. Please know that I am human and do make mistakes however it is up to you to do your own diligence and know what you are purchasing weather it is a vintage car or a 70 year old jukebox. Non-paying bidders, unqualified bidding, bid shielding, auction interference, or any type of harassment will be dealt with according to eBay Rules, local law, and may include, but not limited to legal action and applicable fees, loss of deposit, or any other necessary expenses. 18. The winning bidder must contact me within 24 hours after the auction end and make arrangements for payment at that time. If no contact is made within 24 hours, I reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. 2. HALF OF BID PRICE is the deposit and must be received within 48 hours of auction end and will be non refundable. We do accept pay pall however not on vehicle sales. So please do not make travel plans if the deposit has not been recieved. It doesn't matter if you are located 5 miles away or 5000 miles. The deposit must be made no exceptions. This is a serious auction and the terms are to identify deadbeats early on in the process. 3. Final payment must be received within 5 business days after close of auction. 4. Payment can be made by cashier’s check, money order, or by bank wire transfer. I will not accept credit cards or Pay pal. Shipping Terms 1. Purchaser to arrange for and pay any shipping costs. 2. Buyer is responsible for pick up or shipping of this vehicle within 3 weeks firm of auction end. If you wish to contract with a shipper, I will gladly cooperate
