This is the car for you if you love BMW's and convertibles. I bought this car in San Francisco from a man who was selling it privately as his wife was pregnant and they had to move into a 'family car'. When I met him, I asked to meet his wife - yes ,she was pregnant! I have had to do very little to this car - just the basic maintenance and detailing - keeping it in great condition. Having to relocate to the East Coast, the car was transported via enclosed Car Carrier and placed in storage each winter that I have been here. This car has NEVER seen the hint of snow or road salt! I bought 4 new tires approx. 2 years ago. The Convertible top is in very good condition. There are 2 smudges on the rear driver's side. Rear defroster works great. The exterior has minor smudge/light scratches /on the trunk, approx. 2+1/2 -3" scratch on the left rear bumper, right rear side panel by the gas cap has a couple of very small dings. The interior upholstery is leather and shows very little wear for the age and miles. The carpeting is in very good condition. Been covered with floor mats front and back.
