This Mustang has the rare bench seat option! We found this Mustang restoration project in the state of Massachusetts. This classic Pony is waiting to be restored or given new life with a Cobra engine swap! This 3.3L inline 6 equipped Mustang starts right up at the turn of a key! This car features a 3-speed automatic transmission behind the 120 HP 200 cubic inch motor. Most of the interior accessories are in working condition. The windshield wipers do operate. The headlights, high beams, and turn signals operate, as well as the cigarette lighter. The AM/FM cassette and heater control are not working. The interior is in good condition for being 37 years old. The black bench seats have no tears. The carpet does have some signs of wear, but nothing major. The door panels, sun visors, and headliner do have some rips, tears, or holes. There is nothing behind the glove box door. The package tray is sun damaged. We have replaced the ignition switch. The original color of this Mustang is Honey Gold Metallic. This car was repainted white. It seems like there was some patchwork done to both quarter panels. There are imperfections in the paint as well as it being faded. The chrome trim is in decent condition for its age. Some of the chrome will need to be redone, as it is rusted or pitted. We have replaced the outside door handles and door cylinders. The overall body is in solid condition, but not perfect. The undercarriage of the car is in fair condition. There are rust spots and holes in the frame and floor, but not to bad for a 37 year old car. The fuel tank has been replaced. The passenger rear quarter window does not smoothly move up and down. The 195/70/14 steel belted radials have above average tread left. There is no warranty or return on this Mustang!
