It is in un-restored and unmolested stock condition. This bike came from a single owner desert riding family and was ridden by the mother. For real! I bought three bikes from the family, a 1987, 1988 and 1989 TRX model. They were all getting out of riding because they were getting too old and had not been out on the bikes in several years. This bike was stored in the same high desert garage its whole life, and according to the wife, she said it was never crashed or rolled. The plastics, handlebars and grips show this to be true. It has very low overall hours on it and is very nice. There are virtually no scuffs or wear marks in the normal areas. It is super clean. The bike is all stock with the exception of a K&N air filter and a aftermarket bolt on handlebar brace on the bars, as well as twist throttle (I have stock thumb unit). The rest of the bike is all OEM, right down to the keyed ignition and tires / grips and handlebars and the heel guards. Condition specifics: The underside of the bike looks brand new. The frame rails, A-arms and all associated hardware just looks killer, and new or near brand new.The cylinder is stock bore and has never been apart. Compression is very good. Bike starts and runs perfect. NO mechanical issues that I am aware of.The Handlebars ARE STOCK. Previous owner added an aftermarket cross brace unit to stock bars.No bogus shiny stuff used on the plastic for the photos. Bike sits super clean and tidy.Everything is original on the bike. No rips in seat or damage.OEM decals, warning labels, etc. are mostly all in place and in decent shape. Some of them (the smaller ones on the front and back specifically) are peeling a little bit, but it is not really noticeable. The OEM Honda fenders do have the notorious spider webbing / spider cracking that is common with the 88 and 89 TRX models. It is not that bad though, it is on both front and rear plastics.There is one very small crack in the rear fender, maybe about ½ an inch long. It is really is not that noticeable. See pic. I was not able to get a good picture of it, but it is to the left of the grab bar and is very, very smallPlease look very carefully at the pictures and feel free to ask me for higher res or any other questions.The bike currently has a twist throttle, but I have the thumb throttle unit and the cable, if you want it.Frame has almost no scuffing or boot marks what so ever.Frame paint still looks near new.Fuel Line was replaced from tank to carbHas Maier Rear plastic guard on rear brake, but thats easily removable and has real effect on anythingI do have a Cali title for the bike - no leans or loans on it Overall, I would give this bike a solid 9.5 on (on a scale of 1-10) condition, with bonus points for being totally stock, down to the grips and ignition.
