1991 VW GTi 1.8l, 8v. Has had recent tune up (new plugs, wires, rotor button and cap, o2 sensor and rear wheel bearings). The car does smoke at start up and has been sitting for about 2 weeks. I bought it as a project and do not have time because of a career change. It comes with new control arm bushings (not installed). It does have a few dents and dings. The driver seat has some wear and the headliner is in need of repair. The transmission shifts well. The car has 16" wheels with 40-50% tread on the tires. Someone prior had cut the muffler off but it along with another are included. The paint does have some fading and some clear peeling. This car does have flaws.
