I bought this car from PA with a minor front damage and rebuilt it, it has been inspected for the year 2012 in the state of Texas, so if you live in Texas, all you need to do is change the plate and you will be good to go. I am still driving this car and it is less than 95,000 miles! This GTI is a 5 speed manual equipped with front and rear head airbags and dual front side mounted airbags.
