I am enthusiast, member of VSA and have restored two very special 1800's. This very early Jensen is a viable restoration candidate but requires new sheet metal at all 4 corners and some creative patch work at jack supports. I have lost my job to outsourcing and will not be able to invest anymore into this project. Car is originally from California, with original black license plates, now has clear Arkansas title and is registered as vintage auto. I have owned for 20 years, always kept in dry storage, and was a daily driver for 3 years during my ownership. Car was originally red #46, two tone blue paint done by high school body shop many years ago. The repair work done behind wheel wells is pretty vulgar, crudely fashioned aluminum patches riveted into place with much bondo applied for filler. This must all go to make it right. I have all original trim, including sides, cowl vent, egg-crate grill and surround and bull horn bumpers, all in great condition. What I don't have is the enameled B pillar pieces (bummer), the original wheel covers (also bummer) or the original front seats. But, what I have in many extra and new parts will more than make up for these missing items. New front, rear windscreen seals, new door aperture and door surround seals, new window scrapers, new JC Whitney red carpet kit, it ain't great, but it ain't bad. I also parted out a 66' and saved many good parts, including very decent front seats in black, everything will be included in this sale. Car will have to be trailer'd, but moves and turns quite easily, emergency brake engages when needed. I will not transport to any location, I do not have the ability to do this. New owner will have to pick up from my carport in Arkansas, 71923, 75 miles southwest of Little Rock. I will answer any and all questions you may have about this car.
