1991 Mercedes 300D with just over 140k miles. South Florida vehicle Runs great. This is one of the best and most dependable diesels Mercedes has made to date. The w124 chassis Is built like a tank and was designed very solid (wikipedia) a concept never to be seen again. This is when Mercedes made cars regardless of cost. This Mercedes presents well, this classic 21 year old veteren has aged gracefully. The Florida sun has burned the clearcoat on the trunk. Has minor dings and scratches. The interior is in better then average condition very clean inside dash has no cracks. all windows work great. Tires are average around 20%some better then others. Just replaced both front window regulators. The engine runs great and transmission shifts smooth and tight. Recent repairs were done and the car was inspected by a local shop and all work has been performed. The shop replaced the waterpump thermostat and radiator. The abs light illuminates once and a while and is attributed to a wheel sensor. This does not affect brake operation. Brakes stop straight and smooth.
