Rare old truck. I have not been able to find one like it online. Sure there are some. This truck was bought new in 80 by the Fire Department and kept there for 29 years indoor. A friend of mine bought it in 09, had it for 3 years in which he put approx. 200 miles on it. I bought it early 12 and need to sell for another toy. The fire department said it had 25,000 when he bought it and the cable was broke. The mileage showed a little over 4000 miles. I have replace the cable, most of the exhaust, put a tail gate on, receiver hitch. The speedo now shows 6090 miles. So I have put a little over 2000 miles on it and it is a blast. I cannot guaranty mileage looking driving truck you will believe it. New plug wires, new plugs, and carb kit. It had hesitation but the kit fixed that. The truck is all original 3/4 ton with 1 ton rear end, which I read came that way in that year. I really hate to sell it and so does my dog but got to move on. Lock out hubs, transmission and transfer case shift like new. The wind shield washer even works. Motor is strong would drive across country. Everything works as it should. I will climb any hill would love to carry it to Colorado but that is not going to happen. Feel free to call me with any questions, Hard to see a few dents in the back fenders and normal scratches from being a brush truck for 29 years. I have had it at 90 mph no problem. As you can see the tires are like new. The spare is new. 16.5 split rings rims replaced with 16s. Solid as a rock. Please come and drive it if you can. I am not giving it away but you could see why.
