1974 MGB Roadster with working overdrive. Car hits the road very well. Lights, signals, wipers, gauges, heater, radio, etc ALL WORK. Tires are in good shape as well. Interior is in good condition other that a split in the drivers seat and there is only one small crack in the top of the dash. Door panels and glass in good condition. This is a great canidate for a "Drive while you restore" project. The brakes are good and the car runs down the road as it should. The body of the car is in average condition at best. It has had metal put in the bottom of the front fenders on each side approx. 6 inches up. The hood is restorable but would probably be easier to replace the hood (bonnet). The convertible top is in OK condition but older (no rips or tears). The battery has been re-located to the trunk. It does have the stow away top frame, that removes completely from the car and stores in the trunk. The overdrive works as it should, the car runs cool and holds very good oil pressure. This car gets plenty of attention anywhere it goes. The floorpans are in OK condition, few holes but no structural issues. This is a car that you can get in it and drive. I wouldn't suggest trying to drive the car 1000 miles home because after all it is a 38 year old MG, I would drive it 100 though. The car is being offered with NO RESERVE.
