1971 FORD MUSTANG MACH ISPORTSROOF FASTBACK MODEL (05 IN vin Mach I)ALL NUMBERS ON THE CAR MATCH GRABBER YELLOW - BLACK INTERIOR Original equipment includes Power Steering / Power Disc Brakes/AC (compressor not installed)The car underwent an extensive restoration. Body was stripped and taken down to bare metal. The car was never rusted so there is absolutely no rust repairs or metal welds on the body panels whatsoever. Top quality paint and workmanship. This is not a driver paint job, the paint is HIGH quality by any standards. There are no scratches, dings, drips, or any other marks (not anywhere on car) which would degrade the paints show quality. Its truely a beautiful paint which pictures do not do justice.The rear bumper was rechromed (triple plated). The front bumper and trims were replaced with new and painted.Mechanically the motor and trans was removed and rebuilt. Motor recieved a new Edelbrock Intake manifold mounted with a new 4 Brl Holley carb. The car runs phenomenal and is very quick. New aluminumnized exhaust system provides a quiet Ford rumble tone, not overwhelming. Aluminum Ford 351 Cleveland Value covers where added. The interior has new door panels, I have new seat covers and carpets which will go with the car however I did not feel the originals needed changing at this point and time. The new replacements are top quality reproductions from CJ Mustang and will go with the car. I also left the original dash pad but have a new replacement for that as well. The interior for the most part is original. Radio is original and does not work, I have not investigated why it could be an easy fix, or need replacement altogether. All guages work, orginal tach, speedo, oil, temp and fuel, all gauges function properly.The car runs down the road straight, no pulling, shocks were replaced and the car is really comfortable and pleasent to drive. I would have no hesitation to drive this car anywhere, the car runs at a cool consistent temp. All lights, signals and brake lights work. I recommend inspection of car prior to auctions end (not after), I am not a car dealer or a financing house so please if you cannot follow thru with purchase, or do not have funds do not bid. I am not interested in trades of any kind, I am a private car collector and need to make space for another car. A $500. NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required within 48 hours of auctions end.
