I am selling a bunch of bikes from my collection, I have too many and need to trim down the heard, so to speak. I have a number of mint and super clean 1985 and 1986 Honda 250r's and 350x's. If you are looking for one, make sure to hit me up, as I have several that I want to sell.This auction is for a super clean, low hour and totally stock 1985 Honda ATC 250r water cooled model. Details on this bike: This bike is completely 100% stock, right down to the tires and grips. This bike is in good clean condition for its age. I am the second owner, and bought it from the original owner. Its all there, and this is a true survivor from the era when three wheelers were king. Details about this bike: No missing OEM parts, and starts on the first kick. Just like it came off the dealership floor! Its clean. It does not even have surface rust on the axle. Some light wear marks on the frame, but nothing crazy. Look close at the pics for more. There is very little fading or wear on this bike, have a look at the kill switch as an example, these all fade away, but this is still a nice Maroon color.The plastic is good, 100% stock, no rips, tears or breaks. Normal scuffing from wear. The fenders are actually in really good shape. There is one area where there are some scratches from one roll over crash on the left side. This resulted in some slightly heavier but normal looking scratches. But it is nothing major or nasty looking.I have a clean Nevada title for this bike. The bike starts, idles and runs perfectly. The previous owner told me he never took the bike apart and it is still on its original top end. This seems fine and the bike runs strong. It does NOT need to be replaced from what I can tell.I would rate rear Stock Ohtsu tires at 60% tread life. Not new, but still somewhat thick and meaty. They are original. Seat, swing arm are all clean. Shrouds are in good shape. Overall, I would rate this bike a 8.5 or 9 out of 10. I award points for the fact it is 100% stock and has never been taken apart, and is thus true surviving un-restored original bike. Finding an ATC that has not been restored or molested is rare, and this is a great example of one.Will make a great rider, or very easy restoration project. If you do want to restore, you really do not need to do very much.
