Vehicle Detail

The Rat Fink is for sale!!!!! Custom built 4 years ago, this tradition Hot Rod started with a rust free REAL Ford sedan body! Dont waste your money on fiberglass reproductions or rusted out Rat Rods. Invest your money in a quality build by a professional. Body was chanelled over the frame so it can ride with that slammed look. Coil over springs provide the ride in the rear while chrome shocks keep the front glued to the road. This is a bare bone, no non-sense American hot rod. If your looking for A/C and pretty leather seats then go to Barrett Jackson. But if you want a one of a kind, old school, jaw dropping, gobs of power ride....then this is it! 350 small block with Edelbrock Aluminum heads, high performance cam, Holly Dominator Intake, 750 Edelbrock carb and 3.25 gears all hook up to a 9" rear end to give you plenty of go. Stall converter. Massive Hoosier tires put all that power to the ground. Disc brakes up front and Drums in rear. Runs great on the freeway and will cruise at 75 all day long. The gentleman who built this car builds one a year. He is a metal worker and welder by trade, so shaping and sculpting custom cars is his forte! The body was a clean rust free sedan. Then it had a 1964 wagon roof seamlessly frenched in so its now a solid top. Most of these have a cloth top which isnt much fun to ride in. The rear tail lights have all been sculpted and smoothed out of metal. The back seats were taken out and the front seats were slide back for more legroom. Im place of the rear seats is the solid metal gas tank. the quality of the welds is amazing. The dash is also completely hand fabricated out of steel. The car is painted in flat suede black with lime green scallops, and all of the pinstriping was done by Mid-West legend Ron Myers. The door handles are original 1928 as are the headlights. The interior is bare bones, old school hot rod. No carpet or door coverings so as to leave the craftsmanship of the metal work exposed and in plain view. The seats are Lime green marine grade vinyl, and the inserts are now metal flake burgundy to match the rims. ( The mexican blanket looked crazy kool but the material simply didnt hold up well and started to tear ) Runs perfect, starts everytime, gets looks and thumbs up everywhere. Kids, grannys, moms and dads, everyone loves this car! Totally unique! Dont waste your money on a back yard built, hacked up, rusty Rat Rod some guy slapped together. This is a professional build by a guy who has built one custom every year for the last 10 years! I had this car built for me for $28,000 so Im losing my butt!! However the business needs an influx of cash so I have to sell it. There is no way you can build a car of this quality for anywhere near my Buy it Now price!!
