For Sale: 1975 914 – 2.0 Liter Located in Plattsburgh, N.Y. I have owned this 914 for over 12 years and the time has come time to let her go into other hands. I do this with mixed emotion. On one side I would like to keep her as my wife and I have gotten much pleasure and memories during the various Porsche PCA outings over the past 12 years. The side, which is more logical than personal, that it is time to move on. We are retiring soon and probably will not have the time to continue a good use for our 914. I would like to go to someone who will continue to keep her up. Here are some of the particulars: 1975 2.0 liter in original condition. 103,000 miles. Original all matching transmission, engine and chassis. Original fuel injection system. 5x Fuchs alloy wheels – 4 on car – 1 on spare tire. The car was restored by a local body shop which included new DuPont paint and body work to remove what little rust was found. There is no flexing of the body. This 914 is a “garage queen” which has only been driven on nice sunny days and stays in the garage all the time when not driven. Never driven in snow or crappy weather! I mounted a set of brand new NOS USA Taillight Lenses found in a New England garage sale! I have a huge array of all sorts of information and many, many spare parts, manuals, extra MPS’s, all previous owners names, mileage log, window sticker, period sales literature, one huge binder with receipts. etc. I also have the original owners’ manual with filled out by the first owner who special ordered the car from a dealership in Virginia. This owner was an Admiral and the U.S. Naval Academy Commandant at the time. Should there be an interest I can email pictures and other documentation.
