This truck is practically new mechanically! Just about everything has been rebuilt or replaced with new parts with no expense spared! The 12V Cummins engine is a 1991 model engine with the rotary fuel injection pump. At the time of the swap, the truck showed 182k on the entire truck, and the Cummins engine had approximately 100k on it before installation; but just to be sure that everything was fresh, the Cummins engine was disassembled and rebuilt with all new internals. So the Cummins engine in this truck has only 12k miles on it since a complete rebuild! At that time, the automatic transmission and the NP273 transfer case were also rebuilt. All power options are functioning properly and factory gauges all work since the conversion except for the tachometer. This truck runs, drives, and generally feel like new when going down the road. No wandering or tracking issues whatsoever.
