1962 Austin London Cab Style Hire Car. This is a London Cab style car without a taxi meter and was used as a private car in London. I purchased the car from a neighbor in 1972 and drove the car for many years. The car has a 4 cyl diesel motor that was recently started with starting fluid since the fuel pump is not working. The car in not in running condition and needs restoration. The steering wheel is on the left but can be changed to the right side. Parts are available in the US from a supplier in Texas. Mileage is listed as 36190, but I have no idea of the actual mileage before I purchased the car.
