Up for auction is a classic 1967 Pontiac Firebird Convertible. This car appears to be in pretty good condition but needs a professional restoration or minor work to be a good daily driver. I don't know any history on the car and for the most part know nothing about it. I got the car and am selling just to get the money. I'm describing the car to the best of my ability but its sold as is. Ask any questions you have and I'll try to answer them. I had a few friends with car knowledge walk around the car for input and this is what they told me. 1) It has a "safe-t-trac rear end" 2) It has all four of the original weight cannisters 3) It had factory ladder bar 4) It has a turbo 350 transmission 5) It has a 350 engine and the numbers on the motor are 284084 YN 6) It has deluxe interior, the seats and inside are in pretty good shape 7) It has factory power brakes 8) Nice chrome bumpers...don't even need re-chromed 9) The top has a few tears in it...see pictures 10) The body and gaps are in good shape...has a few cracks and pings but overall a decent driver condition Overall the car is all there and can be a good driver with some clean up but in my opinion needs a complete restore. The car does run and drive but I wouldn't drive it across town with out being gone thru (its been sitting for years), but does start with little effort.
