I am listing this Nice example of a well maintained and preserved 1957 Bentley S1 for a friend of mine. It belonged to his father in-law who passed away. The car has set for approximately 8-10 years in dry storage. It was repainted approximately 15 years ago. Overall the car is in good condition. The interior is in good shape and the leather and wood look nice especially considering this car is over 57 years old. The engine has been recently serviced and runs very well. It is smooth and quite. The paint is decent but has the typical scratches , dings, and some light rust bubbles. There is one dent in the drivers front door that can be seen in the pictures. It has had some rust repair in the past on the rocker panels (typical of these cars) but appears to be fairly sound. The tires have good tread but are older and showing some age cracks. The electrical system and gauges appear to be in good working order. This Bentley drives very smoothly and shifts well thru the gears. The brakes work but will need to be better adjusted. The power boost system appears to be working intermittenly. The starter works but has engagement issues from time to time and will require service. The spare tire, jack, and tools are present in the trunk. If you have been looking to own one of these magnificant cars, then look no further. The reserve on this car has been set low to sell it quickly. With some tlc this car could easily become a daily driver or used for a wedding car.
