Up for auction is a 1984 Toyota pickup. This vehicle belonged to my Papaw who passed away a few years ago. It has been used as a work truck up until 2 years ago and now it just sits in the yard. The original thought was to fix it up for the youngest son but just haven't had the time or the money to do it. This is a 4-speed manual transmission with a 22R 4-cylinder motor. The motor is still strong and tight. There are 107,039 original miles on the engine. The truck needs a new battery, back window and brake work. There are several cosmetic blemishes that could use some attention such as a dent on the roof and hood, a couple of broken light lenses, a split in the dashboard and some rust spots on the body. This is a good-looking truck and would be really great looking if someone had the resources and time to put into it. There's still lots of life left in this tough Toyota.
