Scout was purchased by my father and grandfather to run from southwest Va. to Bath county va. To Deer hunt out of. Once Granddad passed ,in the early 80's it was parked in a shed. Dad and my uncle got it out in 1997 or so and restored it. The did a great job replacing floor panels, and doing a complet body off restore the best they could. Mind you these men weren't pro but did an awesome job. Dad brought it up to me in 2004 and I ran it for a year. Then parked it in a barn cause I had too many vehicles tagged as it was. It set there till last week when I had my mechanic take it and get it running to sell. It started right up after draining/replacing fluids. I had him rebuild the carb. (cause he's one of the best carb. men around) and replace the battery. I drove it 17miles to the house, across 2 mountains. Cleaned it up and put a for sale sign on it. It starts right up but hasn't been ran much at all, so any problems it has is just from setting.. No leaks, so far but you know how seals like to dry out when a vehicle is parked. This will make someone a special 4X4, rock crawler that will need very little work to be ready. Seats look brand new cause they've been covered their whole life. I'm going to start it low with no reserve. If you have any questions just ask..
