Selling my Evo IX because I need a vehicle with more room. I need a car with a 3rd row of seats and this is the only reason I am selling this car. This car has been a reliable daily driver for me for 3 years. I love this car and I am sad to sell it but I have to sacrifice it. The car has 93292 on it, and is mechanically great. No drips, leaks engine problems or anything of the like. I had a Borla cat-back exhaust put on as well as a Injen air intake. These are the only two aftermarket ad-ons for the power train. The interior has normal wear and tear but no rips or tears in the fabric. Recaro seats are comfortable and work perfect. It has some scratches and dings but the damage is minor, has a scratch down the passenger side that I took a picture of but it is hard to see. There is no body rot/rust/major damage, just normal wear and tear for a car that is 6 years old. KBB lists the car at 17,500 with 93,000 miles; since the car has been very well maintained and has newer tires with less than 5,000 miles, new stop-tech brakes and the exhaust and intake add-ons, I am asking 17,000.
